Our products as of 2026 are Gluten and Wheat Free.
If you have any type of allergy, especially to plants, please review the ingredient list as all of our products are natural, plant based and contain essential oils and/or plant oils/ingredients.

We currently only ship within the United States and do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or Military Bases.

An automated email is sent to you with your tracking number the day your order is shipped. The tracking number within your email is the link you'll want to click on to get your status.
For some reason, if you manually go to usps.com or ups.com and then enter your tracking number manually, it will display an error that says your tracking number is incorrect. Please be reassured that it is correct. Please click on your tracking number directly within your email and this will resolve any connection issues between the email server and either UPS or USPS. Thank you.

The day we receive your order is Day 1. All orders are handmade, and are shipped out by day 4, but most times alot sooner! (Please note that we are closed on Saturday and Sunday). From there your order is shipped either via UPS or USPS and takes 2-4 days to arrive to you, depending on where you live. A tracking number is emailed to you the day it is shipped and all orders are shipped from Cleveland, Ohio.
PLEASE NOTE: There are times throughout the year where we get very busy, if you haven't received your UPS or USPS shipping confirmation within 4 days, feel free to email laura@yourcurlygirl.com and we can let you know the status of your order.

Our products are natural, but they do contain a gentle natural preservative that gives them a shelf life of 12 months and you do not need to refrigerate.

Since all products are handmade in small batches, they cannot be returned or exchanged if you end up not liking the scent or hold.

The Aura Curl Foam is a very light and airy curl foam product.
The ingredients in the foam are suspended in the bubbles, so to get nice even coverage, you’ll want to apply more to your hair then you think you’ll need.
For example, the foam allows the product to cover a large area of your hair, but because the ingredients are suspended in the bubbles (foam), you won’t actually get as full of coverage the first time around as you would with the Curling Custards.
SUGGESTIONS: Most customers agree that they get volume and definition by applying the foam first, then the Curling Custard second.
If you do want to try to use the foam as a one styler, make sure that #1, you style shortly after you wash your hair, not allowing your hair to dry too much before you apply and #2, apply one layer all around your head (front, sides, back) scrunch it in slowly, then apply again.
